We take pride in our work.

A few things set us apart: quality, a personalized approach to service, and trust.

We work hard to maintain a full-time, local staff that ensures consistency in our project. We don’t rely on temporary help — instead our highly-trained crews travel when needed to ensure your team is made up of the best.

In addition, we prioritize communication, accessibility, and responsiveness. Our clients get direct access to team members to facilitate prompt answers and transparency throughout your project.

Finally, we seek lasting partnerships, not one-and-done jobs. Our goal is to build lasting relationships through trust and flawless execution.

Greg Oaks

President

I have over 55 years of experience in the plaster, stucco, and fireproofing construction industry. In 1994, I co-founded Oaks Brothers Inc. with my brother Mike Oaks, and together, we built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and reliable service. In recent years, I passed the reins of the business to my son, continuing the Oaks Brothers legacy while ensuring it remains in capable hands. Though I’m no longer the owner, I’m still active in the company, working daily alongside the team to uphold the high standards we've always stood for. Over the decades, I’ve had the privilege of leading a variety of projects, from small residential builds to large commercial developments. For me, this work isn’t just about construction—it’s about creating something lasting and meaningful for our clients and community. Even after all these years, my passion for the craft remains strong, and I’m grateful to keep contributing to the business I helped build.

Tyler Moran joined our team in December 2020, bringing a strong foundation in business and hands-on industry experience. While still attending the University of Central Arkansas, where he earned his degree in Business Administration in just three years, graduating magna cum laude, Tyler demonstrated remarkable dedication and ambition. Starting his career in our business from the ground up, Tyler quickly transitioned into the field as a fireproofing applicator, gaining invaluable practical knowledge. His diverse experience in the field laid the groundwork for his current role as a Project Manager and Estimator. In this position, Tyler oversees projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution, while delivering accurate estimates to meet client expectations. Tyler takes pride in combining his hands-on experience with his professional growth, striving to deliver exceptional results and maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Tyler Moran

Estimator / Project Manager

I have been with OBI for the past three years, serving in dual roles as an estimator and project manager. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with Greg, Parker, and Larry, gaining valuable insight into the full lifecycle of project management. I take pride in making the construction process as seamless as possible—particularly when it comes to collaborating with general contractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and move forward efficiently. My focus is always on clear communication, proactive planning, and delivering high-quality results.

Nick Lewis

Estimator / Project Manager

For almost a decade, I built a successful career in cosmetology, where creativity, client relationships, and attention to detail were at the heart of my work. After nearly ten years in the beauty industry, I felt the pull to explore a new path—one that would challenge me in new ways. I transitioned into the corporate world as an Accounts Coordinator, spending four years sharpening my skills in organization, communication, and precision. This experience reinforced that success comes from adaptability and a willingness to learn. In 2024, I entered the construction industry, stepping into a role previously held by a respected employee who retired after a long career. I embraced the challenge with passion, determination, and eagerness to grow. Now, I’m navigating this dynamic field with the same enthusiasm that has defined my past roles, proving that growth comes from stepping outside your comfort zone with confidence and curiosity.
