Safety Manager

Greenbrier, Arkansas

The Safety Manager supervises safety protocols for our construction projects. To be considered
for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction
safety and hold OSHA 510/500 certification. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Prior safety experience of at least 5 years
  • OSHA 510/500
  • Safety construction experience
  • Strong knowledge of safety in construction
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Able to direct the team with clear & concise direction
  • Reliable, self-motivated, professional
  • Valid Driver License

Responsibilities

  • Supervise safety protocols at projects
  • Team player
  • Demonstrate & lead with company core values
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on proper repair techniques and
  • safety protocols
  • Travel overnight as responsibilities require
  • All other tasks as assigned
