Kathy Brech, assistant project manager at Oaks Brothers has announced her well-deserved retirement after 19 years on our team.

In the office, Kathy was an integral part of the Oaks Brothers team. She facilitated communication and ensured projects ran smoothly, often dealing with employees, estimators, suppliers, and general contractors as part of the process. During her tenure, she identified opportunities to negotiate better equipment partnerships, trained team members into a variety of different roles, and contributed her expertise and positive attitude to every project.

Kathy acted as a central hub for OBI to communicate with every position in the company to implement leadership’s goals. Known as the “heartbeat of our office,” she will be truly missed as she embarks on her next chapter!

During retirement, Kathy looks forward to traveling and playing pickleball. Congratulations, Kathy!
