About Our Fireproofing Services
We offer intumescent, sprayed, and CAFCO-board fireproofing services. These have unique properties that offer flexibility based on the design and requirements of your project. Our team can guide you toward the type of fireproofing that your commercial construction needs.
- Thin Film Intumescent Systems can be color coated and allows exposed steel to be fireproofed, while still providing fire resistive ratings without hampering design.
-
Sprayed fireproofing provides protection to floor and roof assemblies, steel beams and columns, as well as joists.
- Rigid board fireproofing allows for maximum fire resistance ratings where spraying is not possible.
- Easily manage every exterior aspect with full-time crews that also handle insulation and exterior cladding/skins.

Our Process
Our commitment to quality and trust starts with our leaderships, and continues at every level of our organization.
Initial Consultation
Every sprayed fireproofing project begins with a consultation to understand your needs and requirements. At this stage, we’ll provide a rough estimate before moving forward.
Detailed Budgeting
Whether we are bidding for a job or working directly with your general contractor, we provide a detailed estimate to ensure accuracy. We can provide budgets for conceptual, design development, all the way through final construction documents.
During budgeting, we can specify which sprayed fireproofing products to use and price them out accordingly, for full transparency and clarity. We have expertise in many different fireproofing methods, including thin-film intumescent systems, rigid boards, and sprayed fireproofing.
We value flexibility and are always willing to tailor our approach to your fireproofing project. We can offer value engineering to help meet budgetary requirements or provide total quantities for each product based on your project scope.
Scheduling & Planning
Once contact negotiations are complete and documents are signed, we finalize our budgets and submittals and plan out our communication. Our project managers will be in direct contact with both the general contractor and the client at this step to ensure accuracy.
As needed, our preconstruction professionals are available to collaborate early in the design phase to ensure constructability, efficiency, and value.
After that, we’ll plan out our schedule, coordinate with other teams on site, and conduct pre-install conferences or pull planning sessions as needed to set up a path for work to be completed on time and within budget.
Construction
We’re skilled fireproofing professionals, and fire safety isn’t just our end goal. We are highly focused on site safety during construction, and hold certifications and a high level of training for your peace of mind.
On-site, we strive to make your project run smoothly, which means we’ll show up ready to get to work, proactively solve any challenges we run into, and provide clear communication throughout.

Intumescent and Sprayed Fireproofing
Depending on your project requirements, our teams offer spray fireproofing contractors as well as intumescent fireproofing contractors. While both are spray-applied, there are key differences that make each most effective in different circumstances.
In addition, our team also handles specialty exteriors and insulation, ensuring that we can meet all your exterior project needs with one crew.
Commercial Fireproofing FAQs
What is fireproofing?
Fireproofing refers to the process of making a building resistant to fire. This is done in several ways, usually with a spray or rigid boards that can be installed over surfaces where spraying isn’t possible. We provide CAFCO-board, intumescent, and sprayed fireproofing.
