About Our Shop Drawing Services

Model Development & Detailed Budgeting
At this step, we build out the coordinated model and develop the shop drawings for your fireproofing, insulation, or exterior cladding scope — pulling dimensions, assemblies, and material quantities directly from the model rather than redrawing by hand. Alongside this, we plan a detailed budget, whether we are bidding for a job or working directly with your general contractor, and we can offer value engineering to help meet budgetary requirements or refine total quantities for each product based on your project scope.
Submittal & Approval Coordination
Once shop drawings are developed, we manage the submittal process — coordinating product data, samples, and documentation alongside the drawings to keep approvals moving and avoid delays before fabrication begins. Our project managers stay in direct contact with both the general contractor and the design team throughout review and revision cycles.
